Location: Saab Office, Brasília, BrazilYour Role:Saab Aeronautics is looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Contract Responsible – Shipping and Transportation. This position involves managing and overseeing the contractual and operational aspects of our shipping and transportation activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.Your Responsibilities:Budget ResponsibilityCollaborate with the finance controller to monitor and manage the budget.Approve supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance.Implement cost reduction strategies in collaboration with other stakeholders, including Dispatch, Anapolis, and São Bernardo.ReportingPrepare and present monthly customer reports, including slides and presentations.Handle internal reporting for Saab, such as IMM and other required documentation.Conduct bi-annual Customer Partner Management Meeting reporting.Shipping of ItemsLiaise with various stakeholders for the issuance of PCMs, receipt of cargos, and ensuring efficient ways of working.Manually control and track all shipments from Sweden to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.Aircraft ShipmentsNegotiate terms and agreements with key parties including: Ports; Brazilian Air Force (FAB); DSV (logistics provider); Local municipalities; Airports; Hangars; Other relevant entities.Conduct regular meetings to discuss operational aspects with internal and external stakeholders.Oversee on-site operations, ensuring personnel performance and operational efficiency.Report to the customer on operational status and serve as the main point of contact (PoC) for the customer.Your Profile:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in shipping, transportation, or contract management, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.Skills and Competencies:Strong budget management and financial oversight skills.Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in logistics and transportation management software.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Fluency in Portuguese and English.
