**Position Details**:
Type: Fixed term contract or Permanent
Job description / core competencies:
Carry out modifications to existing product installations at individual customer sites across the country.
Make arrangements with customers on the appropriate time to make these changes to their units.
Drive to customer sites, observe their individual access requirements and make the changes.
Check the functionality of existing telemetry modules, replace if necessary.
Check the functionality of the equipment in general, report any problems to customer service and ensure that these corrections are scheduled into the system.
Following the company's safety and quality guidelines.
Meeting assigned deadlines for implementation.
Completing other day-to-day tasks as assigned.

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
N6 qualification in electrical engineering or electronics

At least 1 year experience in a similar field or role is desirable.
Interest in working with renewable energy and energy storage systems.
Willingness to participate in internal training required to perform the daily duties of the position.
Ability to read, understand and implement technical instructions.
Ability to understand and adhere to safety standards and take precautions when necessary.
Ability to work independently.
SA driver's licence and willingness to travel, this requirement is non-negotiable. Preferably at least 1 year driving experience.
