We are looking for a talented and passionate Contract Legal Analyst to join CAF's legal team.As the Contract Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a systemic view of the company's business, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and threats in relation to commercial transactions at the national and international level.What you'll doFormalize and analyze the Contracts, Amendments, Terms of Termination, and Notifications;Act in the discussion of clauses, control of deadlines, and internal signatures in legal documents;Elaborate and revise consultations and opinions;Elaborate KPIs for control and management of licenses and contracts;Control the licensing of systems, monitor indicators related to licensing, and ensure compliance with licensing rules;Monitor business processes to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality;Archive and manage contracts in Sales Force;Respond to Due Diligences and requests for documents and certificates;Manage information and construct control spreadsheets;Assist in the implementation and improvement of Legal Operations processes and systems;Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal and termination of agreements;Collaborate with the legal and technology teams to integrate technology solutions into legal processes;Assist in the management of legal projects, ensuring execution within planned timelines and budgets;Keep files and records of contracts and other legal documents up to date;Support the legal team in other activities as needed.What you'll needContracts knowledge;License to practice law (OAB) active;Advanced English;Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;Stay informed about new technologies for evaluating, redesigning, or innovating processes.More about youCommunication, negotiation, and empathy;Business understanding and partnership;Knowledge in software contracts is desirable;Skills in discovery meetings with the business area is desirable.About CAFWe exist to ensure that no one impersonates anyone else.
