ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for a wide variety of contracting duties to provide end to end management of Sales contracts in support of business objectives and business growth. You will be accountable for providing the delivery of assigned contracts and helps insure contract adherence/delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Using the SITA templates, prepare contractual documents in conformity with SITA standard contracting practices and policies.
Support legal department in the preparation of contractual documents deviating from SITA policies and procedures.
Support bid and or legal teams with the identification, assessment and management of contractual risk.
Facilitate the cooperation between the different internal stakeholders. Ensuring the input needed for the contract preparation are provided on time.
Manage the activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of such activities.
Maintain sales contract databases to ensure data is accurate. Including: profiling and audit of contracts.
Administrative activities (signature process, scanning of contracts, archiving etc.)
Be able to identify abnormalities in invoices (compared with what has been agreed in the contracts) to achieve revenue assurance.
Monitors basic financial aspects of the contract (mainly invoicing conformity, price update, CPI calculation).
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
Experience in a global telecommunications or IT environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
As non-lawyer, proven experience in managing and structuring sales contracts.
Experimented in legal terminologies, definition, and writing.
Ability to multi-task, work and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
Tenacious and creative analytical skills.
Organized and results oriented, drive and energy to achieve excellent results.
Ability to follow direction and procedures.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
A good knowledge of MS Pack Office (Word ++/Excel+) and SalesForce reporting tool is a differentiating factor.
Experience in Public Procurement is desirable, but not mandatory.
