The Contracts and Tender Specialist is responsible for conducting bids and other solicitations, reviewing and negotiating contracts, helping to ensure compliance with company's policies. This position is part of the LATAM Business Operation Area and will be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, On-site Position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: · Conduct Bids, Request for Proposal to include the drafting of bid documents, coordination of submissions, and the analysis of response. · Maintain bid files, schedules, and related recordkeeping duties. · Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to review RFQ proposals that meet customer requirements. · Follow up of RFQ as needed and communicate the positive or negative feedback in respect of being able to source the competitive rate to support the closure of all business opportunities. ? · Work closely with Account Mangers in coming up with plans for RFW and performing pre- and post- opportunity assessments. The essential requirements of the job include: Previous experience as tender and contract specialist ideally in the area of Health Industry (public/private bids). Previous experience in Sales and Distribution SAP module, Sales Force and Order Management Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively. Flexibility to work across various projects and cross functional teams and ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes and in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to the customer site to understand the customer buying journey and the typical document clarification/pre-bid meeting.
