About the role
We are looking for Control Room Officers who will primarily be responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Monitor CCTV footage to ensure that assets are protected, to detect any signs of a security breach- Escalate issues if any to relevant MSS managers- Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries- Patrolling the university campus to maintain security and safety
Skills & experience- Current VIC Security Licence with control room licence- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations- Victorian drivers' licence- Current First Aid and CPR- Full Australian Working rights- Ability to work a roster including including night shifts
