**Your Job**
As a Controller you are based in the Regional Hub and responsible to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both US GAAP and statutory GAAP, of focus areas by liaising with business functions, finance business partners and Koch financial services and leveraged capabilities.
You interact with key stakeholders in the respective entities, business units and division(s), Tax and legal, Government authorities, in
- and external auditors and advisors.

**What You Will Do**
- Ownership of financials, which includes 2 manufacturing plants and a regional hub. Make sure numbers are timely and accurate, take ownership.
- Connection to forecast financials and variances with actuals. Understanding the why and being able to explain that out to local leadership and key stakeholders.
- Regularly review the balance sheet and P&L to ensure that it reflects reality by looking back and looking ahead to manage expectations.
- Participate in finance related optimization and integration projects
- Supporting local compliance rules and handling any changes
- Supporting the business partners with financial reporting related queries - primary contact for the business
- Accountable for internal controls, identifying risks, raising awareness, training as needed
- Final approval of statutory filings
- Ongoing Trainings and financial literacy to other key capabilities
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Degree in Accounting, finance, economics, or business administration
- Accounting (CPCs and Law 11638)
- USGAAP and IFRS
- Advanced English
- Experience working with RTR area preferred
- Analyst experience in large multi-national organization preferred
- Strong communication to work across capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
