Responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, controllership, treasury, and FP&A activities, aiming to ensure the fulfillment of financial obligations and the maintenance of the company's financial health.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Manage cash flow to maintain a healthy cash situation for the company, anticipating financial decision-making.Establish, review, and ensure the execution of the company's financial strategies.Supervise the operations of the finance department, set objectives, and design a structure to achieve them.Develop and execute short and long-term financial planning.Manage the company's payment methods, aiming to optimize costs and improve processes.Manage the company's corporate insurance, involving interaction with brokers and other internal areas.Define and ensure that performance indicators (KPIs) and goals are implemented, analyzing results and promoting dissemination, as well as monitoring their evolution, determining corrections and revisions for process and result improvements.Maintain the qualification and performance of the work team, identifying training and development needs, promotion, transfer, replacement, etc., as well as promoting performance management and feedback, interacting with the People Management area in the application of policies, seeking a motivating environment for employees.Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, and health, hygiene, and safety standards and procedures inherent to the sector, as well as the use of PPE/EPC (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protection Equipment) when the activity requires it.Develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of the immediate superior, provided they are qualified and in accordance with their knowledge and experience.Technical Requirements:Over 10 years of professional experience (since the beginning of the career, not in the current position).At least 3 years of experience in people management.Experience with FP&A, IF, IP, Bacen regulations.Desirable knowledge of IFRS9, revolving credit FIDC, and Retail.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Previous experience in financial institutions or card companies.
