Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Controller at Sancoffee. The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team. This role is located in Santo Antônio do Amparo, MG, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA or CMA certification is a plus
Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
