Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Controller at Sancoffee. The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team. This role is located in Santo Antônio do Amparo, MG, with flexibility for some remote work. QualificationsStrong knowledge of financial management and accounting principlesExperience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reportingProficiency in using financial software and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA or CMA certification is a plusExperience in the coffee industry is a plus
