Spearheaded the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency within the organization.
Guide and oversee the annual budgeting process, along with periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives while adapting to any changes in the business environment.
Manage the external audit process, ensuring a smooth collaboration with auditors, and oversee the production of the Annual Financial Statements, which includes accurately converting data from US GAAP ERP systems to comply with IFRS standards.
