This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic finance professional to drive positive change and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall objectives and drive sustainable growth.Lead business recovery efforts by developing and implementing strategies to mitigate financial risks, optimize resource allocation, and ensure business continuity in times of crisis or uncertainty.Oversee compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions and reporting.Manage finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial systems, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning, to support decision-making and drive long-term value creation.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the business and proactively recommend strategic adjustments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on business partnering, business recovery, compliance, finance operations, and strategy.Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.Proven track record of driving business results through strategic planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Experience in the services sector preferred.Experience with IFS ERP desirable.Advanced English.
