WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?We are looking for someone to work as a Full Controllership Analyst, to support the controllership team in building relationships between the areas of accounting, products, FP&A, Technology and other stakeholders.You will work together with the controlling and FP&A team to deliver value, taking into account the accounting, budget, business/product and strategic vision, aimed at executing tasks in order to find the best way to execute them and automate them.You will have interaction with multidisciplinary teams, from different countries and cultures, innovative technologies and support the team to establish relationships between stakeholders regarding business rules and their financial and economic impacts, and how all of this is consolidated in the reports that are made available to the most diverse stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the delivery of accounting closing tasks to be reported to controlling specialists and managers with quality and timeliness;Monitor and ensure the correct accounting closing flow for Capex and Opex calculation;Support and monitor tech finance projects, contributing to their proper application on a daily basis;Support and monitor projects, ensuring alignment between global teams regarding the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly controllership reports;Carry out demand controls, collaborating cross-functionally between the company and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy of financial and accounting information for the company and its Stakeholders;Assist with accounting reconciliations, prepare and present accounting and financial analysis reports for FP&A.Assist in servicing and preparing documentation to support external and internal audits, compliance, risks, and other demanding areas.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor in Accounting;Experience in related areas such as accounting, controlling, finance or auditing;Knowledge of accounting, finance and auditing;Experience with accounting routines, accounting closing and internal controls;Profile focused on details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong compliance performance to ensure company processes and policies;Advanced Excel;Advanced English.
PREFERRED:Knowledge in Information Technology or software development (worked or studied in the area);Spanish intermediar;Experience in BIG4.
