We're currently looking for our new Controller Specialist, who will be responsible for managing financial operations within the Global Purchasing organization.

As a Controller Specialist, you will help us by working alongside the Global Purchasing team, taking on the mission of supporting the company in delivering on time, with perfect quality at the right cost.
Some responsibilities will be:
- Consolidate and analyze purchasing results and direct material reports, as well as functional costs, to ensure that targets are met in these areas;
- Prepare and analyze Product Line results, as well as currency movements across Brazil and Argentina for the LA Product Lines;
- Drive and execute annual budget and financial strategic plans, coordinating with global and local Product Line and Commodity Management teams;
- Prepare and analyze Global Purchasing's Balanced Score card and run periodic performance reviews;
- Identify and challenge critical areas for improvements, proposing solutions and conducting their implementation;
- Elaborate reports on monthly and quarterly key figures, raw material analysis and payment term, supporting management with all necessary information;
- Analyze deviations with commodity managers and factory controllers, ensuring regular contact between the involved areas;
- Ensure and maintain the use of correct calculation methods, processes and procedures in Purchasing and in the factories, driving understanding of correlation between figures and activities;
- Participate in periodic financial and business reviews.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with relevant financial/economics education background;
- Strong experience with industrial financial operations (preferably with purchasing on a global level);
- Experience with the use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau);
- Knowledge of Direct Material flow within a plant;
- Knowledge of ERP finance module is a plus;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel);
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish.
