We have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for an LATAM Controlling Specialist to join our LATAM Controlling team.Based in Sorocaba, reporting to LATAM Controlling Manager, you will be acting as a Business Partner for Energy BU´s and also will be supporting Latam FP&A and Controlling activities. You will focus on the following activities:You will be responsible for:- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams- Manages the consolidation of financial reports for all countries in Latin America.- Identifies trends by comparing actual results to budget.- Drives the business plan process, prepares presentation and forecast updates for management.Who are we looking for?We are looking for?a professional with the following skills and motivations:?Graduated in Administration, Economy, Mathematics or similar;Solid experience in FP&A, controllership, strategic planning, minimum 5 yearsSolid knowledge in reporting and loading information in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Domain of advanced Excel (PivotTables, data segmentation, Power Pivot, creation of forms, macros, creation of buttons), VBA will be a differential.PowerBI – is a plusMS Office;ERP (SAP)Advanced English – Spanish is a plus;Good communication skills;Resilience, proactivity, creativity, hands on, team worker are indispensable characteristics. Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
