**Requisitos**:
- Program coordination - represent Controls in front of the company's areas, presenting program status in Management Reviews, Program Reviews, etc;
- Technical feasibility assessment and cost survey for new studies;
- Development of a detailed plan for tracking timing and SW and HW contents for Propulsion centers (ECM/TCM/DTCM);
- Quality management, with Budget control, modification control, issues and creation of Risk Assessments;
- Dynamic activity with changes all the time;
- Knowing how to deal with pressure and short deadlines;
- Quick reasoning power, knowing how to respond clearly and succinctly;
