Overview:
The QA Platform Owner demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing quality assurance and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of Bunge's QA platform.
Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the QA Automation platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business continuity priority initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Spearheading the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive automation test strategy.
Establishing Test Automation Framework, managing and maintaining the QA automation platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, implement automation test strategies, lead test executions and implement standardized processes and methodologies.
Driving continuous improvement and business continuity initiatives to enhance the QA platform's capabilities and efficiency.
Monitoring and analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and software testing.
Providing technical guidance, leading QA engineers and other team members, and promoting best practices.
Documenting QA processes, procedures, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of Bunge's QA automation platform, which is critical for the company's operations and decision-making.
Contributing to the overall quality of Bunge's products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that result in cost savings, increased efficiency, compliance and improved customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation, with experience supporting diverse platforms like SAP, Salesforce, API testing, Web, Mobile & Desktop applications.
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks like Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium, UiPath and performance testing tools like Neo Load, Load Runner etc.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in software testing tools and techniques, including automation frameworks and performance testing.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
