Position: HSE Lead
Experienced HSE Lead with a minimum of 8 years, preferably from the O&G industry.
Work with major clients during campaigns and support the HSE management department.
Develop and lead HSE improvement plans, KPIs, incidents investigation, and audits.
Review and/or issue HSE procedures.
Provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Sporadic embarks on client's offshore units.
Role will lead offshore Safety Technicians and liaise directly with major Project Clients for the HSE contract requirements.
Will manage legal and regulatory norms and requirements to meet and maintain HSE in conformance.
Will prepare HSE monthly reports, attend client meetings, and prepare HSE workshops for Wood personnel.
Will develop HSE improvement plans with other areas and perform follow-up to close actions.
Will lead and support the investigation process and include them into CAIRS and the client's system.
Prepare and conduct critical analysis for HSE KPIs (Leading & Lagging).
Will work with the HSEQ Manager to organize and improve HSE procedures and standards as per best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Safety Engineering Degree.
Desirable: Environmental Degree.
Minimum 8 years experience.
Fluent in English.
Preferably from O&G industries.
