Also responsible for regional share analysis and action plans, KPI's tracking (perfect Store, Nielsen, Neogrid, BW, Mtrix…) and opportunities and responsible to connect strategic and execution agenda in a regional overview. Your Impact Lead Regional plans and assure Trade marketing activations by managing implementation aligned to sales demands:Coordinate and assure flawless execution of Trade marketing executions and promotions in point of salesCoordinate and execute Innovation plan, by channel, customer and POS execution (PiCos)Responsible for regional analysis:Set SMART KPI's for each channelAnalyses and present activations resultsResponsible for Market Share analyses and action plansIdentify opportunities supported by Pepsico database and market analysis (Shopper Insights, Perfect Store, Nielsen Retail, Neogrid, BW and Mtrix)Lead Trade Marketin regional investiments:Trade Activities – regional activations, events and fairsTrade Promotion – ensure sell out plans by channel with correct action plan and investmentSupport Regional Sales Team:Lead JBP agenda by customer with sales forceCoordinate regional customer events to explore strategy and action plansCollaborate in sales meeting and reinforce commercial relations with our clientsResponsible for regional sales team trainnings: launches, action calendar, trade marketing activations and shopper analysis.Who Are We Looking For?
