If you require any accommodations for the interview or onboarding process, please inform your recruiter, who will connect you with our accommodation team.Key job responsibilitiesShape the development of the logistics network with a focus on better serving our sellers;Scout logistics partners for new projects;Train logistics partners in Amazon's methods, processes, and systems;Conduct operational visits and audits at our crossdocking facilities;Develop new mechanisms and metrics to simplify daily operations;Investigate and resolve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes;Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth;Work effectively with various organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology product managers;Be available for travel 20% of the time and for in-office work 5 days a week.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree;Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related;Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;Experience in SQL;Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced data analysis skills (ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions);Proficient writing skills.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
