We are continuously seeking how we can add value for our customers.What you will be doingThe main activity of the Maintenance Coordinator is to identify the real risks of assets that could adversely affect people, safety, equipment integrity, operations, and/or business.
They must plan and schedule, in addition to coordinating the technical team for the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment, instruments, facilities, systems, and buildings, in accordance with internal policy, technical standards, and Federal, State, and Municipal laws.
The role also involves scheduling and coordinating field activities, considering the estimated time and necessary resources, for tasks related to electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, electronics, civil, and painting competencies.
The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the maintenance management system and technical records are kept up to date.Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the execution of maintenance work on terminal equipment and facilities; applying best engineering practices across various disciplines such as civil, electrical, and mechanical.
Ensure that coordination activities are based on maintenance programs, guaranteeing the integrity and functionality of terminal assets.
Participate in safety-related training and activities conducted by both in-house and contracted employees, in compliance with the Annual Training Plan.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in preparing cost estimates and material quantities for the execution of services and minor investments; control the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services on the company's facilities, equipment, and instruments.
Ensure that asset and system maintenance is performed and maintained in accordance with the latest applicable revisions of public authority regulations and technical standards, such as: DRT, CETESB, ABNT, API, ANSI, NEC, Fire Department, and applicable federal, state, or municipal laws in the maintenance area.
Organize and keep technical documents and service order management systems up to date.
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree.
You have an intermediate level of English written and verbal communication skills.
Minumum of 5 (five) years of experience in maintenance and construction engineering rountines in terminals, industries, or related activities.
Experience in radar-type meters and grounding grids, building and industrial electrical maintenance, and in bulk liquid storage terminals in preferred.
