Conheça sua missão:Analyzing organizational structures and operational models;Preparing job descriptions and evaluations;Proposing salary scales based on internal tables and market data;Coordinating the generation of indicators and calculations for variable remuneration (RVVP, PP, RVI/RVL);Contributing to salary adjustment spreadsheets for the "Balanço Humano";Guiding managers on deadlines and values;Consolidating information for leadership validation;Participating annually in retail salary surveys;Monitoring competitive compensation trends;Developing compensation policies and guidelines aligned with the company's strategy;Conducting studies and calculations of impacts for salary movement decisions;Coordinating the preparation and updating of salary tables;Ensuring the correct processing of remuneration information;Guiding managers and teams on remuneration processes and policies;Listening to employees about remuneration policies;Monitoring initial documentation for expatriates;Ensuring visa processes for employees and dependents;Assisting employees with documentation for residency in Brazil;Monitoring the remuneration and admissions of expatriates in the payroll system;Managing the housing process, including rental contracts and payments;Monitoring the inclusion of children in schools, ensuring payment of tuition;Clarifying doubts about expatriation processes and legislation;Reporting on monthly payments and income tax declarations of expatriates;Identifying competitive trends in benefits plans;Developing administrative procedures for monitoring and cost reduction;Negotiating contracts and establishing partnerships with new suppliers;Monitoring payroll closure with BPO, including audits;Analyzing electronic timekeeping records with a focus on risks;Managing vacations for employees and leaders;Auditing termination processes;Managing personnel department projects for improvements;Preparing managerial reports for strategic decisions;Monitoring compliance with labor laws;Ensuring compliance with the labor contingency plan;Advising directors and managers on labor issues;Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and process improvements.Para fazer parte do nosso time você deve ter:Fluent English;Advanced Excel (desirable);Knowledge of systems: SAP / Workday / LG;Experience with Korn Ferry compensation methodology.Pacote de Benefícios:Medical assistance;Dental assistance;Life insurance;Gympass;Home-office assistance;Home-office kit;Meal voucher;Christmas basket;Basic basket;Progress award;Extended maternity and paternity leave;Transportation voucher or parking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
