Our relationships are built around Transparency , which builds trust and improves communication. We are looking to recruit a Sales Lead based in São Paulo to join our B2C Inbound Sales department. Responsabilities: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Develop and implement training programs focused on sales techniques and processes. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify opportunities and threats. Generate and present insightful reports to inform strategic decisions. Analyze pricing and portfolio performance to maximize sales & financial results Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Requirements: 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role (experience in real estate is not required). Proven ability to train and develop sales teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to build and document processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred). MBA/Postgraduate degree are considered differentiators.
