Your function As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will manage relationships with manufacturers, resellers, and end customers. You will support the management of global programs and actively engage with leads and other business opportunities in the Agricultural and Food sectors, aiming to achieve your volume and profitability targets. You will be involved in the planning and management of a portfolio of manufacturers, suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales process and relationship management. Participation in trade shows and events is also part of the role. Your profile Develop and execute vendor plans in accordance with the strategy and alignment of the Business Unit. Establish KPIs for visit frequency, contacts, and actions to capture and convert new business and pre-approved limits. Identify business opportunities, promote DLL tools, and market our products. Actively engage with leads generated by internal tools and other opportunities for interaction with vendors and representatives (visits, events, trade shows, etc.). Ensure partner satisfaction, as evidenced by the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Represent the company at events organized by resellers, manufacturers, and the department. Visit and attend to Vendors and Corporate clients. Participate in global meetings with manufacturers and global program managers. Participate in and represent the company at commercial events and training sessions. Knowledge of the agricultural and food sectors, financial market, BNDES products, and CDC.
