RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable and Receivables: Manage accounts payable processes efficiently.Assist with invoicing, especially using Alteryx and other tools to support the primary invoicing lead.Manage and support Accounting Coordinator Tax Compliance File sales taxes in multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Monthly Close and Reconciliation: Perform month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., accrued payroll, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses).Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.Financial Consolidation and Reporting: Consolidate financial statements for DM-US, DM-Brazil, DM-Mexico, and DM-Colombia.Present month-end financial statements to ownership and senior managers.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Integrate Expensify reports into the general ledger.Conduct weekly meetings with the fractional CFO to analyze financials and develop strategies.Interdepartmental Support: Provide reports and documents to departments such as Public Sector, IT, and Operations.Assist in fulfilling documentation and reporting requirements for outside CPA firm and bank when requested REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of full cycle Accounting experience, particularly in a small/midsize business Professional-level English is required CPA/CMA certification is preferred, but not required QuickBooks, MS Office Suite (including V-lookups and Pivot Tables in Excel) Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Effective communication/presentation skills, able to work with all levels of the organization Strong decision-making skills Well organized and detailed Problem solving skills and resourceful nature Powered by JazzHR
