**Position Description**:
The Corporate Brand & Narrative Manager is responsible for guiding strategy and creative executions for the New Consumer Health Company (NCHC) corporate brand, narrative, and reputation.
The position works collaboratively across multiple business and corporate functions, reflecting the emerging corporate brand identity in strategy and creative executions.
This position requires strong leadership and collaborative skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead in an emerging environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategize, build, and implement a new NCHC corporate brand, working collaboratively with senior leaders, outside agencies, brands, and business units
- Manage the development and deployment of NCHC's foundational messaging, inclusive of NCHC's corporate narrative, thought leadership pillars, and brand storytelling agenda, in close coordination with the Strategy & Executive Communications Leader to clearly reflect the overarching strategy
- Complete brand architecture research determining appropriate utilization of the corporate brand across business units, and appropriately deploy guidelines working collaboratively across the enterprise
- Develop connections planning, creative guidelines, and best-in-class executions to visibly demonstrate emerging elements of the NCHC corporate brand for internal and external utilization.
Effectively manage budget and analytics associated with these activities
- Work collaboratively and effectively to implement the emerging NCHC corporate brand across Global Corporate Affairs, corporate functions, and business units.
Specifically, the position requires close teamwork and collaboration, implementing the corporate brands in a variety of strategic and communications plans
**Qualifications** Required Competencies**:
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum six years proven track record in brand marketing
- The position involves deep integration with senior leaders of the Corporate Equity and Partnerships team, Communications, Strategic Philanthropy, Global Health, Citizenship and Sustainability, business units, senior leadership, etc.
to reflect the corporate brand
- Position requires a leader with strong branding and creative execution skills, and a proven ability to work with multiple external agency partners
- Superior marketing capabilities, strong leadership, collaboration and listening skills are crucial for this role
