As the Corportate Communications Director, your main responsibilities will include defining local external communication objectives and implementing plans aligned with business priorities. You will also engage with local media to amplify the company's voice. This role is well suited to someone with 15+ years of experience in multinational corporate settings, including team leadership with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Responsibilities:Define local external communication objectives and implement plans aligned with business priorities.Engage with local media to amplify the company's voice.Create targeted content for diverse audiences.Plan and execute external events.Collaborate with HQ Corporate Communications to adapt global strategies for local impact.Partner with HQ Corporate Responsibility to expand Group-wide initiatives and lead local CSR strategies.Develop an annual plan to communicate Corporate Responsibility efforts locally.Drive internal communications to ensure strategic alignment and organise employee events.Manage relationships with PR, media buying, and creative agencies.Develop and implement issues and crisis management strategies. Requirements:Self-driven, hands-on communications professional with a passion for Corporate Communications, Affairs, and PR15+ years of experience in multinational corporate settings, including team leadershipOutstanding communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plusStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesSkilled at managing multiple projects with flexibility in prioritisationCreative and resourceful in planning and executing community eventsResults-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar; Master's in related fields is desirableProven media expertise with a robust contact portfolio
