Aiming to raise the level of management and control of its project portfolio, a renowned developer and construction company is looking for a new Corporate Engineering and Construction Manager to support accelerated growth in the southern region of the country. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a protagonist in the strategic management of all areas of the construction cycle of the company's projects, collaborating in an integrated manner with the development and sales areas to guarantee operational excellence and high quality in deliveries. Main responsabilities: Manage all phases of the construction cycle, from planning to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards; Promote a culture of health, work safety and sustainability in engineering operations; Supervise technical and engineering teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment; Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes and resource management, aiming for operational efficiency and cost reduction; Ensure compliance with current technical and regulatory standards, guaranteeing the legal compliance of projects; Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and advantageous commercial conditions; Actively participate in the development of new projects, contributing technical expertise and economic viability. Requiriments: Solid experience as a construction manager in the real estate sector; Experience in strategic positions, responsible for Planning, Budget, Supplies, Production, Quality, Health, Occupational Safety and Environment and Technical Assistance for projects; Integrated vision with the Incorporation and Sales stages; Knowledge of project management methodology and tools; Academic background in Engineering, Administration or related courses; Availability to live in Florianópolis.
