In a scenario of accelerated growth and multiple transformation agendas, a leading company in the Durable Consumer Goods market is looking for a PMO to boost strategies in the Sales and Marketing areas through process improvement projects and implementation of tools and systems. As a Commercial and Marketing PMO, you will have the challenge of leading the feasibility and execution of projects with the Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams that enhance the results of these areas, positively impacting the customer journey and the perception of value of the company. brand in the market, in addition to guaranteeing a return on investment for thecompany. Main responsabilities:Lead and manage CAPEX and/or OPEX projects aimed at the Commercial, Marketing and After Sales areas; Work collaboratively with teams, ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing strategies with the organizational business plan; Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery within the established deadline and budget; Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational efficiency; Support in the definition and implementation of policies and practices of excellence in the areas ofoperation. Requiriments:Previous experience in leading projects in the Commercial and Marketing areas in the Consumer Goods sector; Proven expertise in project management tools and methodologies; Analytical capacity and orientation to data and metrics to support strategic decisions; Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Project Management desirable; Advanced English.
