In this role, you will be responsible for demand generation, training to medical and nursing teams with our key hospital and healthcare provider accounts. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market share within these accounts, while also fostering strong internal collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Principal ResponibilitiesImplement strategic account plans to achieve agreed-upon revenue and market share objectives for assigned key accounts.Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for product placement and solutions.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including physicians, administrators, and procurement personnel.Collaborate with internal functional areas (e.G., Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical) to ensure seamless customer support and a unified approach.Manage and forecast sales activity within assigned accounts.Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.Education / Experience RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales role within the medical device industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams
