This position is responsible for supporting on all coordination of Visa do Brasil offices (São Paulo and Brasilia's site), building operations, building systems.
This employee will provide support to ensure that all office systems and equipment works properly and that all safety and business systems have been maintained and managed for ultimate safety.
This position will interface with all levels of Visa employees, local management team, external vendor service organizations.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
- Intermediate English skills
Key Competencies
- Understand and implement facilities processes in a leased office facility.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and interpret vendor contracts
- Effectively work and collaborate with both internal and external clients
- Previous experience and training in safety protocols for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings, schematics and control wiring diagrams
- Handle multiple activities at once with a mínimal supervision
- Must be available to work overtime, and be on-call for all emergencies, required to carry and respond to on-call pages or calls as required.
