**Job Title: Customer Service Analyst**

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Create OBD (outbond deliveries) in SAP for all B.Us in order to prepare them to be invoiced
- Ask for packaging and strategy analysis for planning team
- Generate and analysis report for all B.Us to organize the flow among quality control, planning, invoicing and logistics areas
- Contact carriers to stablish deliveries schedule among clients

**You bring**:

- Graduated in Adm or Comex or similar
- English - Advanced (speak, write and read)
- Excel - Advanced (Pivot Table, Dashboards, proc v/h (vlookup) (Power BI desirable)
- SAP Knowledge
- Integrity, passionate, emotional intelligence, resilient & desire for excellence.
- Agile and organized profile
