COUNTRY HEAD Role : Country Head Reporting to : COO / CEO Must haves : GOOD EXPERIENCE IN AIR COOLERS Function : Sales Job Responsibilities : Business Plan Achievement : To ensure Business target achievement (Product category wise, Quantity & Value wise) & sales forecasting for the Region / Country as per Business Plan To define road map for achieving business plan includes network expansion, Distribution sales network set up, collection targets, profitability targets and other aspects of strategic business unit along with sales targets.
Device pricing strategy through ASP forecasting & control across regions & propose Scheme budgets for brand through brand wise price positioning strategy.
GVA/NVA/NNVA: You will be responsible as Leader to the assigned region / country achieving GVA (Gross Value Added) targets as per Business Plan and maintain GVA/NVA/NNVA by achieving Image Builder Products, Performance Product, Core Value Products and Promotional Products, with control over expenditure.
You have to define the network and align to have a proper distributor network in place to achieve the Sales target and BP.
Market Share Ensure achievement of value market share of respective product categories on monthly basis.
Achieve product & segment wise market share on monthly basis Payment terms To ensure clear payment terms with the distributors and ensure the said payments terms and followed without any deviation.
Clear shipment terms with distributors and regular tracking and ensuring to avoid any delay or dispute for international fund transfer / collection against sales.
Billing Points & Network Expansion: Network trend tracking & analysis, network loss tracking analysis & taking corrective action plan for network expansion in region with equal focus on category & products Marketing & Competition Tracking: Be abreast of Competition strategy, line ups and scheme offerings in the market and guide Product team to track the competitor products and conduct product benchmarking exercise to provide specific inputs to support Factory and R&D team in Product development.
Study product innovations and loss of opportunity review Effective execution of marketing activities, Product display availability and support, POP distribution and marketing need as per the specific needs of the country and region.
Seasonal activities , promotional activities during festivities and sales promotions need and follow up.
New Product Introduction : Define strategy for new product introduction as per country / region specific needs & successful execution as per plan.
Product performance review & failure study Tracking & facilitating in New Product Launch process in Coordinate with Factory and R&D teams for new product development in comparison to competition for competitive advantage SUPPORT ACTIVITIES: Ensuring Local laws To Ensure All local laws and regulations / directives are followed in terms of product specifications and said requirements Factory supply tracking and extend support to sales through factory & logistics.
Ensuring products to have specific country requirements like – certification required for imports, technical certifications required if any, imports requirements and regulations as per customs needs for the country / region for smooth import of goods and to ensure customs regulations.
Monitoring After Sales Service: To keep track service hygiene through network available to ensure proper customer satisfaction and needs addressed To take appropriate action for resolution of service pending calls at dealer / distributor end as per requirement in collaboration with Factory Rnd team if required .
