Company Overview : Pharmint is a B2B cross-border pharmaceutical platform connecting thousands of
pharmaceutical professionals and suppliers to streamline the supply chain and enhance
medicine accessibility, especially in underserved regions such as Southeast Asia, LATAM, and
Africa. Our mission is to make medicine affordable and accessible while combating inflated
costs and counterfeit drugs.

Position Overview :
The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing client
relationships within their designated territory. This role requires experience in B2B sales,
cross-border operations, and, ideally, the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will act as the
key point of contact for buyers, guiding them through Pharmint's offerings, securing orders, and
ensuring smooth operations and payment processes. The successful candidate will work closely
with procurement, operations, and trade finance teams to ensure orders are completed and
payments received.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management :
? Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, walking them through Pharmint's
platform and value proposition.
? Address any concerns or issues buyers have throughout the sales process and
beyond.
? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers.

2. Sales & Contracts :
? Drive B2B sales efforts within the designated territory, ensuring that sales targets
are met or exceeded.
? Obtain orders from buyers, negotiate terms, and sign sales contracts.
? Secure exclusivity contracts with key buyers when applicable, helping to foster
long-term partnerships.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration :
? Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure smooth handovers of orders for
fulfillment.
? Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and proper execution of
sales agreements.
? Assist in the smooth facilitation of trade finance and ensure that payments are
processed promptly.

4. Compliance & Documentation :
? Ensure that all sales transactions meet regulatory and compliance standards in
the buyer's local market.? Assist in the registration of pharmaceutical products within the buyer's local
country as required.
? Obtain all necessary documentation related to trade finance, ensuring that the
entire process is transparent and compliant.

5. Payment & Trade Finance :
? Oversee the payment process, ensuring that payments are received on time from
buyers.
? Ensure that trade finance payments are completed smoothly and all
documentation is in order.

6. Sales Targets & Ownership :
? Take ownership of the entire sales process, from securing the order to final
delivery and payment.
? Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region and ensure that all
stages of the sales process are completed efficiently.

Qualifications :
? 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with cross-border and/or pharmaceutical
experience.
? Proven experience in managing large client accounts, particularly in international
markets.
? Strong understanding of cross-border trade, regulatory requirements, and trade finance.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain
long-term client relationships.
? Experience with pharmaceutical products and familiarity with regulatory compliance are
highly preferred.
? Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth
operations.

Compensation :
Competitive salary based on market standards, with an increase over the candidate's current
total compensation package (CTC).
