Position Overview: As the Country Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for driving tl;dv's growth in this key market.
You'll own the go-to-market strategy, lead business development, grow the partner network, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and CEO, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to adapt tl;dv's offerings to the local market, ensuring strong revenue growth.
You will also serve as the face of tl;dv in Brazil, building our brand and expanding our presence through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Your success will be measured in revenue impact.
You will be expected to take tl;dv in Brazil from $2M to $10M+ ARR in 2025, by implementing a go-to-market strategy leveraging local market insights and customer needs to drive sales and achieve our aggressive growth targets.
Lead Partner Program & Reseller Expansion: Grow tl;dv's partner program by acquiring and nurturing relationships with resellers and top customers.
Serve as the key contact for all partners and ensure alignment with tl;dv's sales objectives.
Oversee Product Led Sales Pipeline: Leverage your extensive experience in SaaS Product Led Sales—particularly with Sales teams.
Own the sales pipeline, oversee deal structuring, and lead contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
Influencer & PR Management: Work closely with a marketing agency to manage relationships with B2B influencers and PR campaigns.
Ensure that these initiatives drive brand visibility and build relationships with senior management and C-suite executives.
Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand tl;dv's market presence in Brazil.
Conduct extensive research on potential clients and execute business development initiatives to drive growth.
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure the successful localization and adoption of tl;dv's product in the Brazilian market.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
Reporting & Strategic Insights: Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing and executive team on market performance, key metrics, and business development efforts.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continued growth.
Key Qualifications: 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of scaling a company to $10M+ previously in a key GTM role like GTM, sales, business development, particularly within the SaaS sectors in Brazil.
Strong Business Acumen & Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to develop and nurture key business relationships with clients, partners, and resellers in Brazil.
A history of building networks and strategic partnerships in the B2B space is critical.
SaaS Sales Expertise: Deep experience in selling SaaS products, ideally to Sales teams and senior business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to drive complex deal negotiations and close high-value contracts.
Multitasking & Prioritization: Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to prioritize internal and external initiatives effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Highly analytical, with strong strategy, research, and presentation skills.
Expert in creating and executing data-driven business strategies and making decisions that drive long-term success.
Communication Skills: Native-level Portuguese (from Brazil) and business-level English are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
