**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
The Country Manager for Brazil is responsible for overseeing all business operations and activities within the country. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. A key aspect of the role is business development, which involves identifying new market opportunities, establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in the Brazilian market. The Country Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, customers, and other external partners to drive sales and revenue growth. Additionally, they must stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. **Tasks**:
**Operations Management Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets in Brazil.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop business development plans to expand the company's presence in Brazil.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all business operations.
- Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting for the Brazilian market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish partnerships.
**Business Development Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Brazilian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, customers, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management to track progress and demonstrate sales achievements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Stay up to date on industry developments, sales trends, and best practices to continually improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

- Superior oral and written communication skills; at ease presenting to groups of customers.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time position. As a full-time position, the Country Manager, Brazil is eligible to participate in the regional benefits offered to Katalyst employees.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**T**ravel**:
The Country Manager, Brazil is required to travel to attend client meetings, strategic planning and explore opportunities. Travel varies; however, it could include local, regional, national, or international as dictated by client and business needs.
