Country Manager (remote in Brazil) Our client is a high-tech renewable energy company specializing in smart PV and ESS solutions, with integrated R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Core products include photovoltaic inverters (micro, string, and hybrid), portable power stations, residential and C&I energy storage systems, and intelligent energy management systems. Job responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of regional business operations, including but not limited to market promotion, business development, sales, and customer service. Analyze market demands and trends to identify customer and market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and manage their implementation. Assess customer needs and identify key pain points to develop tailored strategies and solutions that meet these requirements. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and devise effective response strategies. Develop and execute impactful sales strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and lead the team in achieving sales targets. Contribute to product improvement and new product launch strategies to strengthen product competitiveness. Responsible for the establishment and management of the local team. Position requirements Extensive client network and market influence within the regional market. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited domestic or international university, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or solutions within the photovoltaic industry. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus. Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. Technical knowledge requirements Knowledge of inverter products and solutions. Familiarity with photovoltaic power stations, data centers, and energy site construction, including related project management and operations. Experience in direct sales and channel management for inverters, data centers, and site energy solutions.
