Position: HashKey Group – Global Exchange - Business Development Manager (Country Manager) Type: Full-time Job description: • Developing and executing market-specific sales strategies. • Identifying and securing new business opportunities. • Addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. • Liaising with product and technical teams to convey product features and benefits. • Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to strengthen our position. • Producing regular sales and performance reports for upper management. Job Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or finance sectors. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective teamwork and resource coordination. • Proficient in Spanish and English, with fluency in business communication. • Resilient and proactive, able to perform under pressure.
