The Profile Minimum of 12+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, particularly in therapies such as oncology, biosimilars, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care.
Proven track record in leading diverse teams and managing complex operations.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
Deep understanding of Brazilian pharmaceutical regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
