Responsibilities: 1. Risk Management: Control the default rate in the loan process by cooperating with and implement risk management strategies 2. Credit Operations: Oversee all aspects of fintech operations, including identify opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Compliance Management: Ensure that all credit operations comply with the regulations set forth by the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory authorities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. A minimum of five years of experience in the financial industry or banking is required. 3. Experience in applying for the SCD license is a significant advantage. 4. In-depth knowledge of fintech products, processes, and regulatory requirements. 5. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing compliance and operational efficiency.
