- Plan and execute sales plan and achieve target sales goals by leading team well. Marketing ? Plan and execute local marketing plan to drive the best results, including online and offline via fairs, info meetings, etc.Expand product awareness by partnership or other effective channels.Customer service ? manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information etc).This position requires a lot of direct customer contact and selling, also complaints handling. Bachelor or postgraduate degreeFull fluency in Chinese, Taiwanese and high proficiency in English (C1 required)Sales-oriented and target-driven, with experience selling academic / international education programs or high-end productsLoves sales, education and driven by the idea of changing people's livesProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience managing high-performing sales teamsExperience of studying, living, and/or working abroadExceptional interpersonal skills and communication skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsGoal-driven with a can-do attitudeSelf-motivatedGet energy out of working with your colleagues and contributing to the team spirit and goalshave a positive mindset and outgoing personalityoffice.
