**Main Responsibilities**
- ** Create Impactful Communication Materials**:

- Develop engaging content to showcase quality achievements, simplifying complex concepts to make them accessible to all.
- Use visuals, user-friendly language, and relatable examples to highlight the relevance of quality management in daily operations.
- Inspire and inform through materials that foster a strong culture of quality within the organization.
- ** Enhance the Intranet Platform**:

- Contribute to the creation of a collaborative intranet platform that promotes knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure diverse and valuable content on the platform.
- ** Address Customer Quality Needs**:

- Manage Product Quality Complaints (PTCs) for the Latin America region, aligning with global quality standards.
- Lead initiatives to reduce complaints, driving innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Use data analytics to understand and address customer expectations, particularly in e-commerce.
- ** Design Modern Quality Tools**:

- Develop digital tools leveraging AI for smart recommendations, predictive analysis, and process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing on quality processes.
- Prepare regular quality reports and coordinate with regional and local quality leaders.
- Lead and support quality projects and digital transformation initiatives.

**About You**
- ** Experience**:

- Experience from at least two internships or apprenticeships.
- Background in impactful communication and digital technologies.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical communication or marketing.
- ** Soft Skills**: You are analytical, creative, independent, and an excellent communicator.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex quality concepts effectively through visuals and relatable examples.
- Knowledge of quality standards and best practices, particularly in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals _is a huge plus_.
- ** Education**:A Master's degree in Communication is preferred, but a Master's degree in Pharmacy with strong communication expertise is ideal.
- ** Languages**:

- Proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
