They aim to enhance brand recognition and loyalty by offering tailored branding solutions that effectively communicate brand values.Location:Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Creative Scoping: Work with client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Work alongside the internal team to put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on the service scope.Creative Problem Solving: Suggest creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.Data Entry Skills: Demonstrate accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.What Success Looks Like:Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful project delivery.Effective Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the internal team to translate needs into clear and effective pricing proposals.Creative Solutions: Successfully discuss creative ideas with clients that solve business challenges and enhance brand value.Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in creative branding and design.Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Creative Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with a passion for branding and innovation.Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.Application Process:To be considered for this role these steps need to be followed:Fill in the application formRecord a video showcasing your skill sets.
