Position Overview: The Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving growth through impactful advertising and marketing strategies.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to refine creative processes and enhance the performance of paid advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop creative strategies to improve ad performance and achieve sell-through goals.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to align efforts with product objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
Oversee creative production for Meta Ads and Klaviyo Email campaigns.
Innovate and implement product merchandising techniques to boost engagement.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or a media buying role.
Deep understanding of digital platforms, creative best practices, and emerging trends.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify.
Experience in eCommerce, especially in the fashion/eyewear space, preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Design and editing skills for visual and video assets.
Proactive attitude and ability to inspire team members.
Demonstrated success in establishing KPIs to drive revenue growth.
