You need to deeply understand customer behavior on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your responsibilities will include:Assessing our clients products/services to develop attention-grabbing and converting marketing hooksCreativity in using available resources to piece together a great creativeCommunication skills to ideate and request creative assets from clients when necessaryA working knowledge of video/photo editing, enough to communicate with our design team the necessary edits/designs for our accountsAnalyzing results of ad creatives to suggest a pathway forward creativelyWe generally work with clients looking to scale their business and increase profitable ad spend. We rarely work with clients with less than $1 million yearly revenue. Our clients spend $30k/month up to $2 million on Facebook and Instagram ads.Often, we see the good, new, and fresh creative to get our clients' ad accounts to the next level of scale. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop creative ideas, work with our media buyers, and use the raw materials provided by the clients. You will task our editing/design team to create these designs/videos. You will work closely and report to our Creative Manager. You will also work closely with our media buyers. Our media buyers have a wealth of information on these accounts. Analyzing the data from their creative tests and meeting frequently with them is crucial.
