**Overview**
As the Creator Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing creators who will actively promote and participate in our brand. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with creators, ensuring they not only promote the platform but also play on it with our paying users, creating engaging and authentic content. Your role will include managing creator schedules, filling any content gaps, and driving player engagement and turnover on the platform.

**Areas of Responsibility**
**Commercial Growth & Performance**:
- Develop strategies to enhance player engagement and turnover by leveraging creator partnerships through onsite and offsite streams, giveaways and social media activity.
- Identify new trends and opportunities within the creator space to drive growth.
- Report on the commercial success of creator partnerships, including player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
**Account Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for creators, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure active participation on the platform.
- Analyze performance data and adjust creator partnerships based on acquisition, player engagement, ROI, and other KPIs defined by the business.
- Ensure creators remain compliant with brand guidelines and regulations.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure the success of creator campaigns.
- Work closely with the Acquisition teams on the handing over of new creator accounts.
- Oversee the creator onboarding process, including KYC/KYB verifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process creator account requests, including bonus accreditation, redemptions, and support requests.
**Content Strategy & Scheduling**:
- Collaborate with creators to create engaging content aligned with the brand's marketing strategies.
- Monitor creator schedules and identify opportunities to maximize streaming activity and player interaction.
- Manage content gaps and optimize creator participation during peak player engagement periods.
**What we are looking for...**
- **3+ years of experience in influencer management, account management, or a similar role.**:
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, particularly in online entertainment, gaming, or sports betting.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage commercial relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing influencer performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sweepstakes casinos, fantasy sports, and/or sports betting is considered an advantage.
- ** Ability to work North American working hours.**:
