Job Overview and Responsibilities

Credit Analyst
is responsible for managing credit risk and for defining customer scoring and credit strategy.
The Credit Analyst is the subject matter expert on customer credit, mediating between business objectives, risk of default and Group Credit Policy.
The Credit Analyst works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.
This position will report to the Regional Team Leader for Credit, Collection and Accounts Receivable.
Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits, leveraging internal and external information databases.
Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.
Control payment terms application.
Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.
Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.
Support complex collection cases.
Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.
Education and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in credit management and/or finance.
Credit risk analysis experience.
