**Job Summary**:
This position provides support to the Credit & Collection of Brazil, regarding questions and issues related to Credit and Collection and participating in financing evaluation task as required, driving and ensuring policy compliance and leads company related projects for Credit and Control and due receivables.
In this position, you will be responsible for a group of customers and other activities and reports related to the Credit & Collection area.
The position is based in Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
**What you will do**:
- Establish and review credit limits;
- Review and approve SO blocked;
- Analyse and review customer financial details (P&L - BS);
- Provide financial order management support to Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing to control credit exposure,
- Effect timely payment;
- Monthly cash forescasting;
- Account reconciliations;
- Manage the collection of rental and sales contracts;
- Identify invoices paid by deposits (daily);
- Manage the provision,
- Drive customers disputes;
- Drive collection of overdue;
- Provide customers financial statements to sales team;
- Engage management team of any AR disputes;
**We believe you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Credit & Collections area in a worldwide company
- Desired to have experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry.
- SAP and Power BI experience.
- Good communication skills, fast learning ability, oriented to deliver results, negotiation and customer oriented.
