Credit Control Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Direct communication with customers, reconcile balances and ensure company's cash flow
- Act as intermediate between customers and buniness and provide issues resolution
- Represent company in order to reestablish relationship with customers and secure confidence on proper issue resolution
- Influence customers to acheive proper arrangements and meet company's Cash Flow requirements
- Increased problem solving authority and negotiation with customers
- Extended cooperation with sales, invoicing and legal department (both execution & strategic)
- Perform actual discounts analysis and monthly monitoring with discounts governance team.
- Discounts Calculation & Reconciliation of CDAs
- Coordinate and safeguard actual order release process

**Qualifications**
- University Degree in Finance
- 4 years Experience in credit control
- Judgement skills and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Experience in working with Excel
