**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for providing qualified offshore crew for SBM units in order to cover planned vacations, medical leaves and short notice absences in general, timely and within approved budget, respecting the unit safe manning and ensuring proper competence / certification for the respective position.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating crew changes schedules ( short term and long term ) for the offshore crew according SBM procedures as defined in the Crewing Management System.
- Works with the unit operational team and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure availability of qualified and competent offshore crew for SBM units.
Works closely with the HRBP, Training analyst and Logistic analyst from each unit, in order to coordinate and organize crew change processes, including also the Payroll Departments.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluence/Advanced English
- Graduation (desirable)
- Solid experience in the Oil and Gas industry
